Sean is the fun and fantastic ringleader of the back of the house functions. His culinary prowess have brought many of today’s favorite menu items to life at Steamworks. Some of his creations include our top selling Mahi-Mahi Fish Tacos, Cajun Penne Pasta and special Chocolate-Stout Cake.  Having been one of the original Steamworks employees and a partial owner, Sean is now working on his culinary certification from the world’s premiere culinary college known affectionately as the C.I.A.  When Sean is not busy in one of our two restaurants, he enjoys traveling abroad. He's been lucky enough to spend time in such exotic locales as Chile, Argentina, Belize, Costa Rica and of course Mexico.  “I love the culture and especially the food; it’s so vibrant!  I always come home with new ideas and inspirations”, says Sean. Another source of inspiration to Sean is his beautiful wife Nicole. As fate would have it, Nicole also works at Steamworks while she studies for her certification as a Registered Dietitian. “She helps me keep the bacon, butter and heavy cream food groups in check”, Sean laughs.
