Colorado Kölsch

The Colorado Kölsch is a derivative of German Kölsch’s that were created in response to the popularity of Pilsners being created in theCzechRepublicat the time.  It is a light and crisp ale with a hint of fruitiness. Available in 6-packs and 12-pack Variety Cans.                    ABV 4.4, IBU 16.1, SRM 3.4

One Wit Wunder

A unfiltered Belgian white ale spiced with coriander and orange peel.

ABV 4.8, IBU 14, SRM 3.6

Blue Run

These beers pair with a wide variety of foods from Chicken and Seafood to Red Meat and Spicy Cuisines.  Hoppy Beers can make spicy food seem hotter while Maltier Beers can have a cooling effect on the pallet

Steam Engine Lager

Brewed in the California Common style, this is an American classic noted for its malt sweetness and hop spice with a smooth, dry finish.  Available in 6-packs and 12-pack Variety Cans.

Lizard Head Red

Dark red in color, the Red is a medium-bodied brew with a nice hop balance. Munichand caramel malts are used to produce the complex malt character.

Weizenbock

This is a weizen (wheat) beer of bock strength and a traditional holiday beer inGermany. Akin to other weizens, the aroma of bananas is dominant, but this beer also presents flavors of raisins and dates with its caramel base. Additionally, this big beer was aged for three months to bring all the flavors into harmony.

Third Eye P.A.*

A pale ale with a strong malt backbone to balance a large hop bill which lends to spicy/citrusy qualities. Available in 6-packs and 12-pack Variety Cans.  ABV 6.0, IBU 65.1, SRM 8.8

Prescribed Burn

A house beer featuring Habeñero, Poblano, and Hatch Green Chiles.

ABV 5.1, IBU 24, SRM 5.5

 

Wanna Git Rye? 

This beer’s grist consists of 30%Ryemalt considered to be the most assertive of all the cereal grains giving it a hearty flavor reminiscent of pumpernickel or rye bread.  Our twist on this traditional style gives it more perceived bitterness and a spicy hop aroma.  ABV 6.5, IBU 40, SRM 18.8

Black Diamond Run

These dark beers can pair wonderfully with big, rich, flavorful foods such as BBQ, Stews and Chocolate

Powder Daze Porter

This is a full-bodied, “Robust Porter.”  Robust Porters are described as having a strong, dark, malt flavor that is balanced with a high amount of hops.  This version is dry hopped for increased hop flavor and aroma. ABV 6.2, IBU 46, SRM 38.8

Backside Stout

The Stout has an extremely complex malt and oat flavor; sweet with chocolate and roast overtones.  The addition of a healthy amount of brewer’s oats is detectable in the smooth, silky, finish.  This moderately hopped ale is a great choice for dark beer lovers.

Quince Años  Barleywine

In celebration of Steamworks 15^th Anniversary the Quince Años is an over indulgence by all accounts and aged for over five months before serving.  An abundance of malt and hops make for a full bodied, full flavored (think dark dried fruit and cereal sweetness) ale.  Happy Birthday Steamworks –AVAILABLE IN TAKE  HOME BOTTLES ONLY.

Conductor**

Our most heavily hopped beer with 2 lbs per barrel. An Imperial IPA with a spicy and piney hop flavor and aroma.

Elephant Rider Imperial IPA**

This big India Pale Ale is characterized by an abundance of Cascade and Centennial hops giving it a pronounced citrus flavor and aroma.  Coming in at 123 IBU’s this beer is a real treat for the hop junkies.  ABV 9.1, IBU 123, SRM 8.3

Imperial Mole Stout

This Russian Imperial Stout  was brewed with traditional Mexican mole spices lending flavors of chocolate, nuts, and dried chilies in addition to hints of cinnamon, clove and oregano.   This rich, full flavored beer is sure to be a truly unique experience to even to most seasoned beer coinsurer.
