A derivative of German Kölsch’s that were createdin response to the popularity of Pilsners being created in the Czech
Republic at the time. It is a light and crisp ale with a hint of fruitiness.

Steam Engine Lager
Brewed in the California Common style, this is an American classic noted
for its malt sweetness and hop spice with a smooth, dry finish. Available

Tax Alement*
Just in time for Tax season, this ESB (Extra Special Bitter) combines
English pale malt and Kent Golding hops for a supremely drinkable
English style pale ale. ABV 5.9, IBU 43.3, SRM 12.6
Lizard Head Red
Dark red in color, the Red is a medium-bodied brew with a nice hop
balance. Munich and caramel malts are used to produce the complex malt
character. ABV 5.8, IBU 26, SRM 15.7
Backside Stout
The Stout has an extremely complex malt and oat flavor; sweet with
chocolate and roast overtones. The addition of a healthy amount of
brewer’s oats is detectable in the smooth, silky, finish. This moderately

A pale ale with a strong malt backbone to balance a large hop bill which

Imperial Molé Stout
This Russian Imperial Stout was brewed with traditional Mexican molé
spices lending flavors of chocolate, nuts, and dried chilies in addition to
hints of cinnamon, clove and oregano. This rich, full flavored beer is sure
to be a truly unique experience to even to most seasoned beer connoisseur.

Irish Red
Medium bodied and deep mahogany in color, this nitrogenated red ale has
toffee and roasted notes with a spicy hop character. ABV 5.5, IBU 33,

T.I.P.A.
This beer attempts to mimic the voyage from England to India to better
represent what the ex-pats in India may have tasted by the time an IPA
arrived. We dry hopped our Conductor Imperial IPA and aged the beer
four months in a neutral oak barrel. With the hop presence subdued, the
beer offers up caramel apple aroma, with caramel, oak, and spicy hops
dominating the flavor. ABV 9.1, IBU 81, SRM 12.2
